Comprehensive System Integration at American University of Sharjah Founded in 1997 by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the American University of Sharjah (AUS) has long been recognized as one of the region’s premier institutions for higher education, known for academic excellence, architectural grandeur, and vibrant campus life.

Oasis Enterprises is proud to have partnered with AUS in the complete renovation and system integration of their Main Auditorium, delivering an A-to-Z turnkey solution that redefined the space into a technologically advanced and performance-ready venue. Our involvement in the project spanned across all critical systems, from audio, video, and stage lighting to rigging, control infrastructure, and even seating upholstery. The auditorium was outfitted with:

• Advanced lighting systems, including dimmable house lights and RGB LED strip lighting for architectural accents
• Stage rigging systems designed for flexibility and safety
• An ETC Gio@5 lighting console for seamless lighting control
• Custom-built network racking solutions for efficient system management
• Step lighting upgrades with precise chipping, floor repair, conduit installation, and finishing
• A complete overhaul of seating upholstery to enhance comfort and visual appeal

While the initial handover of the renovated auditorium was completed in 2019, Oasis Enterprises remains committed to the long-term success of our clients. In November 2021, a formal handover of the upgraded system was documented, confirming successful and satisfactory commissioning.

Since then, we have continued to maintain and upgrade the systems to meet evolving technological needs and ensure seamless operation during key university events.
